We believe

Everyone was whispering it quietly before but we’re shouting it loud and proud now. Liverpool are going to win the league and doesn’t it feel good?

All the numbers are adding up to absolute total 2019/2020 domination. Champions of the world, champions of Europe and now champions of England. 16 points ahead of Manchester City, 14 goals conceded in 22 games, two points dropped this whole campaign.

City have 48, Leicester 45. Chelsea are in fourth with just 39 and United have 34. Oh you’d hate to see it, 20 points above the Red Devils and sitting pretty.

This moment has been building for a while and nobody wanted to admit it for fear of jinxing the whole campaign, but when Jordan Henderson and Gini Wijnaldum can run the midfield like that and Alisson gets an assist, you know this is going to be our season.

City did it twice and last year’s failure has spurned this group on to do bigger and better things. Klopp is building a dynasty and the core will be around for the next two or three years, while there are plenty of promising talent who will supplement that when the time is right. We now believe. We are going to win the league.
