Watch the Liverpool vs Everton live stream here.
This game was supposed to take place on 16 March, but here we are and it’s time to get excited to watch Liverpool again.
Jurgen Klopp’s side are in a better place now then they were a couple of months ago. Alisson is now fit, Jordan Henderson will be ready to go and Naby Keita has looked amazing during this weird preseason.
Manchester City thumped Arsenal 3-0 on Wednesday night so that means the title can’t be wrapped up at Goodison, but three points here will mean that it can be wrapped up against Crystal Palace at Anfield.
City’s win won’t take away any of the desire on Liverpool’s part to beat Everton. Merseyside derbies are always hotly contested affairs, and the two we’ve had this season were excellent to watch.

Xherdan Shaqiri and Divock Origi were in fine form back in December for the reverse fixture, while Curtis Jones dominated in the FA Cup.
It’s unlikely that we’ll see the same sort of rotation for this first game of the resumed season as the star players of this side will be keen to get going again.
Will we see some of our talented youngsters getting a run out? Takumi Minamino could do with some minutes to continue his adjustment period, while we’re all excited to see Jones and Harvey Elliott back on the field.
