RW – Mohamed Salah

The Egyptian forward returned to the playing XI against Atalanta and his performance was below his high standards. However, Salah will be looking to bounce back with a much improved showing against Brighton.

The 28-year-old has an impressive scoring record against the Seagulls, scoring five goals in six matches yet. Salah will be keen on increasing his goal tally for the season which is ten right now and he is bound to trouble the opposition defenders.

LW – Sadio Mane

Like his fellow colleague, Mane was not too effective against Atalanta either but he will be looking to put on a good show against the Seagulls. The Senegalese international is yet to score against them and this weekend would be a good occasion to do so

Mane currently has five goals and three assists to his name and will be eager to increase those numbers on Saturday.

CF – Roberto Firmino

This is nowadays a tricky one to pick due to Diogo Jota’s impressive performances so far. The Portuguese has done very well so far but for now, I’m going for Firmino to start ahead of him.

The Brazilian had limited amount of action against Atalanta and will be looking to make more of an impact this weekend. Having scored against Leicester a week back, the 29-year-old will try to find the net along with creating scoring opportunities for Salah and Mane
