Juventus FC is now dealing with a major problem, as the club has been docked 15 points in the Serie A table for alleged financial falsification. Though Liverpool is not directly involved in the matter, it may face difficulties as a result of previous transactions between the two clubs.

The sanction imposed on Juventus follows allegations that the club improperly overstated its capital balances in its financial statements in order to portray the club’s condition as stable. Following an inquiry, the team was docked 15 points in the domestic league table.

Because of prior exchanges between the two clubs, Liverpool may face some complications if the authorities take further action against the Italian club.

Liverpool midfielder may be sidelined due to the misrepresentations at Juventus

Earlier this season, Liverpool signed Arthur Melo on loan from Juventus until the end of the season, and this transaction between the teams may jeopardize the player’s position.

According to Italian journalist Paolo Ziliani, the Turin club manipulated the data linked to the players’ salary in order to portray the club as being in an advantageous situation.

The Brazilian loanee has struggled to make an impact for Liverpool and may be on his way back to Italy after his loan expires, but he is currently facing additional disappointment. According to the journalist, athletes whose names are mentioned in the suspected fraudulent lowering of wages may face a month-long ban.

According to the journalist, Juventus’ decision to slash pay in its statements in order to fraudulently reduce enormous losses was approved by a number of players who agreed to the club’s illicit action and may therefore face the rumored punishment.

As shown in Ziliani’s photographs, Arthur’s wages were completely absent from Juventus’ financials, which reportedly helped them reduce loss balances.

The future inquiry is unknown, but there is a risk that some weight will be placed on the Liverpool loanee and he will be suspended for another 30 days.
