Liverpool secured their twentieth league title on Sunday and whilst that remarkable achievement is special enough, here are three further reasons of just how special it is!
The Slot Machine
January 2024 is a month forever etched in Liverpool infamy as Jurgen Klopp dropped the bombshell of his impending exit.
His time at Liverpool saw many special moments including a Champions League and Premier League title.
The man who would take the reigns was welcomed in style in Klopp's emotional goodbye on the Anfield turf - Arne Slot. The Dutchman had achieved success in his homeland but everybody knew this was a huge challenge.

Even the most ardent and optimistic Slot fan could surely not have foreseen such immediate success.
Not one of over 30 pundits predicted a Liverpool title win, with some including Pat Nevin, Steve Sidwell and Leon Osman; not even having the Reds in the top four.
Cut to Christmas and Liverpool were flying high at the summit and would seal the title with four games to spare, making Arne Slot the first Dutchman to ever win the title as manager.
Perhaps more impressively, Slot effectively spent only 13m across his season in charge, with his only currently permanent signing barely featuring across the season. This feat not only enhances Slot's growing reputation, it also cements his predecessor's lasting legacy at Anfield.
Premier League Legends
Across the two titles Liverpool have won in the last five seasons, seven players crossed the double divide.
The players now becoming multiple league winners, writing themselves in folklore than many of them fully deserve.
Mohamed Salah has shown consistency which has and will arguably never be touched. The Egyptian started his Liverpool career with a record breaking goalscoring season and finally claimed his winners medal in 2020, bagging an astonishing 73 goals along those first three seasons.
Another trio of successful personal seasons came and went before Salah somehow reached higher plains and drove his side to another title.

A late season contract signing and an iconic fan selfie later, Salah is a two time winner and will no doubt be eyeing more.
Virgil van Dijk played every game of his first title win with the Reds, including a podium at the Ballon d'Or ceremony of that year.
The titanic defender would suffer a career-threatening injury the following year but has roared back to the top of his game.
The defender also put pen to paper on an extension this season, before leading his side to the title. The second title will be ever more special for van Dijk too, as he will lift the trophy above his head at the end of May.
More to come?
A special season will be rightly celebrated for weeks and months to come but this could be just the start.
Slot has achieved more than anyone could have hoped in just his first season and with an exciting window projected, could Liverpool go back-to-back and beyond?
Two star men are confirmed to stay and although Trent Alexander-Arnold is yet to decide, the squad goes into next season with confidence, success and room to grow.
Journalists are raving at the possibility of a big summer budget and a few smart additions could really bolster their chance for more silverware.
