Liverpool will be looking to secure another big three points when they do battle with the Foxes on Easter Sunday. The Reds are now inches away from securing their 20th league title in club history.
It has been a week off following the last-gasp victory over West Ham and Arne Slot will be looking for his charges to come out and put lowly Leicester away early to take away all the drama.
With that in mind, there are several players that could be difference makers in this one, so today I'm picking out some of the most important players to watch when the action kicks off at the King Power Stadium.
With that in mind, here the players you need to follow during the match.
Alexis Mac Allister
Liverpool's No. 10 has been fine lately, but he has not had a truly dynamic performance in awhile now. A game against a lowly Leicester who will be sitting in deep absorbing pressure could be the perfect recipe for Macca to find his passing legs once again.
Overall, he's been one of Liverpool's better players this season, but it looks like a bit of fatigue has caught up with him and he was in need of a reset for the final stretch of the season.

Slot asks a lot of him on the pitch, but he is such a good professional that he usually gets the job done on both ends of the action.
Maybe we'll see another long range worldie from him, which would be amazing for his confidence. He has 2 goals and 2 assists in seven Premier League meetings against Leicester during his career so he has some good memories to drawback on for this one.
He provided 2 assists in the Boxing Day win over the Foxes earlier this season so he could be primed for another strong outing. Keep your eyes on No. 10 in red.
Virgil van Dijk
This might be an answer of who you should watch every single time Liverpool plays, but it carries some extra weight this week on the heels of the Dutchman putting pen to paper on a two-year extension to remain at Anfield.
He scored the winner last week, and he will surely be looking to kick on from here and put together a colossal performance to finish off this title hunt.

We saw Mohamed Salah bag an assist in his first match after extending his contract, so van Dijk will be eager to reinforce his credentials as well in this one.
Leicester do not have he most threatening attack in the league, which should mean it could be a nice comfortable and professional day for VVD, but if needed, he should be very much relied on to shutdown any hints of a Foxes upset bid.
He's still so important to everything we do on the pitch, he is must-watch viewing at all times.
Cody Gakpo
Whether he starts or comes off the bench in this matchup, a reeling Leicester City could be the exact club to help the Dutch attacker get his season back on track.
Gakpo has netted 16 times across all competitions this season but has not found the net since the League Cup semifinal second-leg thrashing of Tottenham on February 6. In fairness to him, he has since missed several matches through injury.
However, he will want to get his scoring boots back on now that the weather is turning to spring season and he'll want to build some momentum and confidence going into the summer and beyond.

His pace, size and technical ability is a lethal combo when he is playing at his best, and the Reds attack just finds a new gear when he is on form.
Earlier this season, his 2024/25 campaign was being talked about as his breakout, but things have slowed since that time. Gakpo will be eager and raring to reignite those talks and send a message to the club they have a long-term replacement for a possible departing Luis Diaz already on the books.
Keep your eye on the Dutchman this weekend to see if plays with the confidence and joy we saw a few months ago.
