2. Harvey Elliott - 16 years, 5 months and 21 days
Elliott is the second youngest player to play for Liverpool but the youngest to start a match for the club. The Englishman started against MK Dons in the Carabao Cup in 2019, having just moved from Fulham, where he previously held the record for the youngest-ever Premier League debut before Arsenal's Ethan Nwaneri broke that.
Harvey has become a vital club player, especially this season. Although he's yet to make his senior international debut for England, his performances have continued to improve, and he is likely not far off a call-up from Gareth Southgate.
