As we all wait patiently for club football to return, fans will want to keep an eye on their team's stars during this gigantic international break. Well, the two summer signings Liverpool fans have most enjoyed watching so far this season are both French.

How important is Jérémy Jacquet for France?
Following his excellent performances for Liverpool, Jérémy Jacquet is poised to make his senior international debut. He is still eligible to represent the under-21s, but Zidane has clearly been impressed with what the 21 year old has been producing on Merseyside.
So, how likely is Jacquet to debut? Well, with William Saliba sidelined, Dayot Upamecano, Maxence Lacroix, Pierre Kalulu and former Liverpool man Ibrahima Konaté are the other centre-back options. Thus, across four matches, Jacquet will surely fancy his chances of racking up plenty of minutes.
How important is Bradly Barcola for France?
In attack, one could argue that France are even more stacked than at the back. Towards the end of Didier Deschamps' reign, he was deploying Michael Olise as a number ten, Ousmane Dembélé on the right and captain Kylian Mbappé through the middle; all of these players are back in the squad.
This meant that one spot on the left flank was up for grabs, which then-PSG team mates Désiré Doué and Bradley Barcola were fighting for. Irrespective of who Zidane favours, Liverpool's new £123 million signing will feature prominently across these four games.
