With 2017/2018 plans already in action, Klopp sets his sight on another ex-colleague of his. Bayern Munich’s Doctor, Dr. Andreas Schlumberger as his next Liverpool target.

Ever since taking over in October 2015, Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has been busy with a massive overhaul at Liverpool Football Club.

Klopp wasted no time during his first preseason in charge. Personnel was added to the squad, deadwood evicted out of the club. Backroom staff were added and removed in the interim as well.

Liverpool’s players have been topping the list in most ground covered and possess sure strength on the pitch. Small changes with big effect.

Attributes which were missing in the game, before Klopp arrived at the helm.

Add a new trainer in Andreas Kornmayer and a nutritionist in health nut, Mona Nemmer. These are type of results you expect and receive without fail.

Now add another German with medical powers to the new look Reds and Liverpool might soon have a trifecta of German engineering going on behind the scenes.

This is Anfield, touches on Dr. Andreas Schlumberger and his previous stint with Klopp, during their time together at BVB.

The two parted ways when Klopp finally threw in the towel at his previous clubb. Klopp taking a break from football and Dr. Andreas Schlumberger moving in the other direction to BVB’s biggest rivals, Bayern Munich.

With the two who has already joined over the last summer, I’m pretty sure this one could be done before we know it and the boss gets his man.

Liverpool had their fair share of fitness battles this season, change is happening and change is needed.

The backroom staff have already been adding value to the results and so on. I can’t see this transfer doing any different.

Klopp has his plan in place, it’s just a matter of time before all these minor adjustments, come together and receive great reward from getting work done so early.
