Mario Goetze to Liverpool back in the rumor mill once again

If at first you don’t succeed, try, try, and try again! Basically explaining the Goetze and Liverpool link in a nutshell.

Klopp and Liverpool were said to be hard at work over the weekend, but never did I expect the next report to be Liverpool chased with Mario Goetze again.

The taste left in the mouth after last year’s failed attempt, where Goetze opted for Borussia Dortmund over Liverpool, was a sour one.

Yes Champions League played it’s part in the transfer going south. We as fans probably need to understand this about these players and their careers.

Unfortunately, I am one of those who can never relate to a footballer’s life.

Struggling for starts at BVB, Goetze has now been linked with another move away from Westfalenstadion in a deal said to be ongoing and in the £20 million region. Reported by the Daily Mirror.

Will this transfer work in our favor?

Yes it will! It work for many reasons. Reasons such as the depth that needs strengthening. Strengthening with World Class pedigree, ready to play for Silverware.

Klopp and Liverpool were doing well with getting in quality in numbers. Rather than having a group full of young players who could possibly make it one day when they big, maybe.

Goetze will add value to any squad, and I have faith Klopp will bring out the best in the player as he did previously. Players such as Lallana and Henderson are reaping the benefits of having a fantastic manager like Klopp around.

I am totally optimistic about our CPL chances and certain Liverpool will make it in the top four come the end of this campaign.

The move makes all the sense in the world, no matter how many times we fail at it. Once he steps foot inside Anfiled (depending on how true the rumors are), the crowd will win over his heart.

At 24-years of age, still think its a steal. fully aware of Liverpool’s previous dealings for players of less quality and the exuberant amounts coughed up for these players.

I am hoping the rumor is more than just that and we are set to sign one of Germany’s most promising 24-year-old players in the game.
