Liverpool vs Arsenal: Gunners’ embarrassing plea for Saturday
Liverpool play Arsenal in the afternoon kick off on Saturday and Gunners have resorted to making embarrassing pleas like this.
The supporters are clearly not feeling very confident before the two teams run out at Anfield on Saturday, as can be seen by by their request of the Reds.
Jurgen Klopp has the lads playing like absolute Gods. Meanwhile, Unai Emery could only engineer a 1-1 draw against Brighton the last time they played.
With up to six defenders missing the game on Saturday through injury, Emery could face a major selection headache. This is part of the reason why Gunners fans are so anxious for the weekend, especially after Liverpool dispatched Manchester United 3-1 and Newcastle 4-0.

Sadio Mane, Mohamed Salah, Xherdan Shaqiri and Roberto Firmino could all make short work of a makeshift defence. The Reds also have the best back four by a mile and have only conceded seven Premier League goals this season – an intimidatingly low number.
Arsenal are improved this season and have only lost three games this season. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is the leading goalscorer this season and close attention will have to be paid to the rapid striker.
On the other hand, Salah is sitting pretty with 12 goals and six assists. That proves his all-round play is exceptional and the smiling assassin isn’t afraid to turn provider if he spots another Reds attacker in a better position.
Klopp has got the side playing in a way few could have imagined a few years ago. The squad has impressive depth, especially in midfield, and everyone appears to be moulding together in a very destructive way.
Jordan Henderson, Gini Wijnaldum, Fabinho, Naby Keita and James Milner provide loads of cover and options across the middle – and Shaqiri on the bench has proven to be one of the most dangerous substitutions Klopp can make. Take pity? Nah, la.
