Liverpool are involved in nearly every competition under the sun and these are the three toughest opponents they have to be worried about.
They are on track to win the Premier League, Champions League, Carabao Cup and Club World Cup – even if the Reds are planning to send a bus full of U23 players to take on Aston Villa in the League Cup.
All of that means Liverpool will face some pretty nasty opponents on their route to glory during 2019/2020 – we’ve picked three of them.
It’s said there are no easy games at the top level but some are certainly harder than others and there are some sides out there who are unquestionably stronger than others, in domestic football and across the continent.
