Despite the heroics of Trent Alexander Arnold in the victory over Leicester City and the passionate celebration that came after, it is still widely expected for Liverpool's No. 66 to depart the club this summer on a free transfer, likely to Real Madrid.

Trent Alexander Arnold has been a very important player for Liverpool for almost a decade now, playing in the right back position and also in centre midfield.

He came through Liverpool Academy and has progressed through the ranks towards the first team., as he never looked back after his debut as a teenager.

His play has meant that he has contributed with many assists and goals throughout the years. and has been a key cog in the revolution that has occurred at the club.

TAA won a premier league title with Liverpool in 2022 and has been a part of a successful season this year.

Alexander Arnold has also won the Champions League with Liverpool during another campaign, along with other silverware. However, if he does leave, someone must take his place, but who?

His speed and quickness means he moves towards the ball quickly in tight areas and attacks down the right side well.

He runs with the ball well, and can deliver into the area with driven balls from his right foot.

Arriving in 2019, his development has meant he will continue to be an asset to Liverpool.

Denzel Dumfries

Dumfries is a player for Inter Milan who has excelled at the right position in Serie A.

A Dutch international, he has earned respect as a player throughout international football for some eye-catching displays for the Oranje.

Inter has been a successful side, doing well in Serie A for years, and Dumfries has been a big part of that.

Dumfries would be a good fit for Liverpool because of his stature and ability to defend from the right back position.

Dumfries also attacks well from the right back position, moving forward well and creating space down the right side.

Oscar Mingueza

Mingueza is a strong player for Celta Vigo in La Liga, who also plays at the right back position.

With 3 goal contributions and 6 assists this year, he has been a big part of Celta Vigo’s success this year.

He has a market value of 20M and is an attractive option for Liverpool this summer. He would fall in the "under-the-radar" category, which might be a good thing for his own expectations.
