Liverpool vs. Sheffield United low-down

Heading into this game, Liverpool are the clear favourites. Jurgen Klopp is tipped to win the Premier League in his final season in charge and Sheffield United are tipped for the opposite fate, to be relegated back to the Championship.

Sheffield United have the worst goal difference in the league at -50, which doesn't make for good viewing considering they travel to Anfield Stadium this evening. Jurgen Klopp's side has scored 67 goals this season, a display only beaten by Arsenal currently.

This evening is an excellent opportunity for the Reds to improve their goal difference since it could come down to this differential come the end of the season.

A draw wouldn't be enough for Liverpool to reclaim their place at the top of the Premier League. Drawing or losing this match would keep Liverpool in second place, handing the advantage to Arsenal. Should they win, though, they would be at the top of the Premier League table again, two points clear of Arsenal who would be second.
