Get a German coach of class, then get linked to every German player out there. Julian Draxler is the new German young-star to be in the mix with a Liverpool link.
How do we know this is most likely not going happen? Oh, because we rarely go in for big names like Julian Draxler and especially if their price tags are above the £40million mark. (We play hardball with bids of £30million)
What do we know about the player? Well we know he wants to leave his current club Wolfsburg. Wolfsburg sporting director has admitted himself in telling Sport Bild: “It is clear that Wolfsburg is not the end of his dreams – neither was Schalke.”
From season to season the team in possession of Draxler without end struggle to keep on to him. This season has been no different and actually amplified after the young man took on the Euro big stage.
He featured for Germany and did so in good fashion. With a goal and an assist to his name and 6 chances created (ask Squawka Football ), Julian is far from the end product, but is one of Germany’s most promising youngsters.

Draxler would certainly add value to the club and without fail be a regular in any of Europe’s top clubs. Hence the reason the power-houses going in for him.
The clubs going in for him will outbid Liverpool most of the time. We offer less than any of these teams. Hell! The only thing we can promise is a sparkling bright future, but a player of his quality can attain that by himself at any destination.
Liverpool would have to go up against our bitter rivals Man United and Arsenal. Other clubs said to be Real Madrid and FC Barcelona, as reported by the Liverpool Echo.
All offering European football. All can in turns, table bids in the range of £50m and up in their sleep. (Like Man United buying their leagues now a days, cause they cannot find another Alex Ferguson.)
Not saying we can’t afford a big name in that region of £50m, but more our transfer committee wont, or I’m yet to see a day come we bid that much for a player. All we could rely on is Jurgen Klopp’s presence at the club and that’s far from enough these days.
I am not going to lie, Julian Draxler is one of that players I would LOVE to see as a Liverpool player, but our club gives us very little hope of pulling a signing like this off.
Next: Mario Balotelli's Liverpool career is over
Let’s just hope he ends up far from one of our rival teams or in our team.
