Liverpool fans are delighted with the £15 million valuation that has been given to winger Sheyi Ojo who is set to move to West Brom this week.
While Liverpool Football Club has been hitting the headlines for their big summer transfers in, there has quietly been just as much impressive business going out. The club are set to accept a £15 million loan-to-buy offer from West Brom for Sheyi Ojo.
The Baggies are wanting to nab the 21-year-old winger to help their push in the Championship to return to the Premier League at the first attempt. Jurgen Klopp confirmed yesterday that ‘it makes sense’ for Ojo to leave this season. He will almost certainly go out on loan but the Reds are confident they can get a permanent deal in place.

The young attacker spent last season on-loan at recently promoted Fulham. While his spell at Craven Cottage started brightly a shoulder injury saw him miss significant time. He was unable to make the match day squad late in the season as the Cottagers went on a playoff run.
There is also interest from Middlesbrough for his services. However the Teesiders are looking for it to be a loan deal. The Reds want a permanent transfer. Perhaps Sheyi Ojo ends up at Boro if West Brom get nervous about the £15 million price tag.
If Liverpool do tie up that deal for Ojo it will be another smart bit of business by the club. Danny Ward already departed to Leicester City for £12.5 million and Danny Ings is set to join Crystal Palace for £24 million. Simon Mignolet is also nearing a £12 million move to Besiktas.
It has been a stellar transfer window for Sporting Director Michael Edwards and his recruiting team. If they can ship the unwanted players for big fees and perhaps, maybe, possibly sign a new attacker before the window closes.
