Liverpool vs Watford: Donkey! Will side be worse if injured star returns?
Liverpool star Jordan Henderson could be fit to play Watford on Saturday in the Premier League, but will the side be worse with him in it?
Henderson has been out of action due to a hamstring strain, reported Sky Sports, and missed England’s win over Croatia in the Nations League. But the skipper has undergone regular training in the lead up to the Hornets clash, said the website.
The midfielder has struggled with his hammies and went off injured against Huddersfield – which forced him to miss four club games.
Hendo did make a return in the 2-0 win over Fulham before the international break, but was sidelined yet again after training with England before their most recent games.

However, the former Sunderland man is now ready to play – which has led some Liverpool fans to question whether the team would be better off without him.
Competition for places among Jurgen Klopp’s midfield is fierce, especially if the German decided to play his 4-2-3-1 formation. Alongside Henderson, Klopp will have to chose from Naby Keita, James Milner, Gini Wijnaldum and Fabinho.
That’s a lot of players to squeeze into two positions, and Henderson has had a complicated relationship with football fans to begin with. Some see his style as negative or slow – while others appreciate what he brings to the side.
After an excellent World Cup, his stock started to rise as people saw the value in his leadership and control. But out of sight often equals out of mind, and when the team isn’t at it’s fluent best it can be easy to blame Henderson.
In other news, the Reds have had a bumper time of it and announced two done deals on the same day – while Cardiff City are ready to swoop for one of Jurgen Klopp’s most underappreciated talents.
