Liverpool loan star Harry Wilson has wowed fans with another wordly goal that showed off his perfect technique.

Wilson has chalked up a number of crackers so far this season and his strike against Sheffield Wednesday was a proper stunner. Scroll down to see it in full!

The Wales international showed his impressive pedigree and textbook technique to rifle a volley into the back of the net to equalize for the Rams.

Jack Marriot then hit the back of the net 10 minutes later and Frank Lampard’s side hung on to take all three points from the Owls.

Former Liverpool defender Andre Wisdom also featured, and played the full 90 minutes. The 25-year-old is in his third season with Derby and has played over 70 games for them.

Wilson has four Championship goals from 11 starts as his career under Lampard is beginning to take off. This is building on his excellent half a season with Hull City, which yielded seven goals in 13 appearances.

Reds manager Jurgen Klopp must be keeping a keen eye on the attacker as he thinks about how best to incorporate the 21-year-old into the first team.

You wouldn’t imagine Klopp would send Wilson on loan again, he’d either use him in the senior squad or sell the Welsh international. But with two productive terms in the second-tier, the youngster is making a strong case for Premier League action.

However, the strength in depth that Liverpool have in forward areas is the one thing that could hope the attacker back. Not only are Roberto Firmino, Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Xherdan Shaqiri regulars – Wilson also needs to get in front of Dominic Solanke, Rhian Brewster and Ben Woodburn if he is to get regular Anfield football.

All he can do it continue to work hard, play good football and score goals. Derby are currently sixth in the league, five points behind the leaders.
