Liverpool are in negotiations for a huge £75 million deal that’ll take place at the end of next season.

The Anfield hierarchy want to replace New Balance as their kit supplier in a massive move which’ll beat the contract Manchester United currently have

Reports from the Daily Mail have indicated that addidas are willing to break the bank in order to produce the Reds’ top after the 2020/2021 season as NB don’t want to fork out the extra cash.

Liverpool have seen two seasons of record kit sales and are primed to do even better this season after the arrival of marquee names and an excellent Premier League record.

The tabloid have reported that the club aren’t really bothered with who comes up with the cash, but definitely want a massive increase on income from this revenue stream. The Reds are one of the top five brands, said Brand Finance, and are in an ideal position to capitalise on that.

Arsenal and Chelsea both earn more than Liverpool currently, at £60 million from their kit deal, but this new one could blow their top four rivals out the water.

Despite their on-field success, Manchester City are only earning £50 million from Puma for their deal. That’s a newly signed arrangement as well, and reflects the work they have to do in order to reach the main commercial heights.

On the field, the Reds are doing very well and are four points above the Citizens in the league. With Newcastle United on Boxing Day and Arsenal just before the new year, Jurgen Klopp’s team could end the the year on an incredible high.
