Title winning tackle! Reds pick out moment that has them excited
Liverpool fans have picked out a Rafa Camacho moment that has got them all excited about the future.
James Milner had been sent off for a second bookable offence. Camacho was sent on, a converted attacker asked to play at right-back.
Wilfried Zaha lined up opposite the young Portuguese player. Zaha, who had twisted and turned better defenders than Camacho into a knot. Zaha, whose been able to fool and trick and glide past experienced Premier League players. Experienced internationals.
And with a calmness that betrayed his years, Camacho watched the ball as it pinged around Zaha’s feet and plucked it off the Crystal Palace star at the last moment.

Oh, and Camacho was defending in the box as well. Absolutely prime.
And that’s the reason why so many Reds fans have got so excited about the moment – because it shows another one off the production line who has the raw skills to make something of himself.
Jurgen Klopp has said he won’t allow the starlet to leave on loan this season, and perhaps that is why.
Klopp knows that he can call on Camacho to make a positive contribution no matter the occasion. Whether he has to start because of injury and suspension, or come on with 10 minutes to go because of exhaustion, this lad can do it.
Liverpool are developing an excellent reputation for how they are able to bring youngsters through the academy and into the first team, and the desire from the fans for young talent to be recognised is there as well.
And Reds supporters are definitely keen for Camacho to be tied down to the club and given a chance over the next few years to make an impact.
Liverpool now have a slight break before taking on Leicester City because of their FA Cup elimination. Looking back, it’s probably a good thing.
