Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is urging the fans to “shout your soul” against Bournemouth tomorrow in the crucial Premier League title clash.

Jurgen Klopp knows what’s at stake. Tomorrow’s game against Bournemouth in the Premier League is crucial for the Reds’ hopes of winning the title. Therefore the manager has a message for the fans:

“Whoever wants us to succeed and wants to help, shouting your soul is how we say it in German.”

Shout your soul. His plea to all attending the game tomorrow is to make a crescendo to rival a European night or a matchup against a rival.

There has been a tangible slump in the Liverpool fanbase after two consecutive Premier League draws have seen the Reds slump to the second in the table on goal difference.

After Man City’s loss to Newcastle last Tuesday, Klopp’s men had the chance to pull seven points clear. A week later than they are second.

Man City have a game in hand and have shown they can drop points too. However the missed opportunities of the past nine days have meant a sense of inevitably of failure has crept in to elements of the support.

Klopp is trying to banish all that negative energy, at least from Anfield, where the crowd’s role in creating an atmosphere can aid the team to a crucial victory.

Bournemouth had a stunning 4-0 win over Chelsea last weekend so we know they are a threat to score. However their 2-0 loss at Cardiff in midweek highlights how poor they are away from home. This really is a must win three points for Liverpool.

Man City play Chelsea on Sunday. Therefore a resounding win for the Reds will put pressure on their rivals. Hopefully they can also eat into the goal difference margin with a big victory in front of the Kop tomorrow.
