Liverpool loan goalkeeper has an absolute shocker
Liverpool loan goalkeeper Kamil Grabara cost Aarhus all three points by having an absolute howler for Aarhus GF in the Danish first division.
Reds youngster Grabara was playing against Vejle Boldklub and directly contributed to the two goals that Boldklub scored against his loan side.
One was due to the Polish U21’s poor distribution and the other was a howler, pure and simple. You don’t let one through your legs without it being a bad bit of goalkeeping, but hopefully Grabara can bounce back from that.
The 20-year-old moved to Denmark in January and featured six times in the league, conceding just nine goals – with one appearance in the end of season play-offs.

After 26 games the league splits in two and the top six teams play each other while the bottom eight also fight it out. Aarhus finished ninth and Vejle bottom, so the result will come as a disappointment for all involved.
This is Grabara’s first taste of senior football – he’s previously played for Ruch Chorzow U19 as well as the Liverpool youth set up.
And while goalkeepers making mistakes is a horrible part of the game, it’s necessary and can only form as building blokes for the youngster’s progression.
Hopefully he can move on from the nightmare, continue to play an important role for Aarhus in the next few games and secure a move to another senior side for the whole of next season.

He’ll be 21/22 then, but stoppers mature late and that doesn’t mean his career with the Reds is anywhere near over before it’s even began.
