Liverpool play Southampton on Friday night as they try to put pressure on Manchester City in the Premier League title race. This is how you can live stream the game for free!

Saints new manager Ralph Hasenhüttl has enjoyed a good start to his life in the top flight but his team are still only five points away from the relegation zone, but they do have a game in hand on their immediate rivals above them.

Meanwhile the Reds are jostling for the top spot with Manchester City, who play relegation threatened Cardiff City on Wednesday night. They’ll almost certainly win that and go into first place by a point.

This keeps the pressure on Jurgen Klopp and the team, but you can bet that one man won’t let it get to him: Virgil van Dijk.

The Reds have an excellent record against Southampton as the south coast side has failed to score against them in the last four meetings between the two.

Liverpool have also been leading at half time and full time in their last three games against the Saints – while they are unbeaten in their last 11 Premier League games. The odds are really stacking up against Hasenhüttl and his men.

The Reds are going into the game with a much better injury record as well, and Klopp will have nearly everyone to chose from. These options make it exciting, and must make it harder for Southampton to counter!
