Liverpool fans have criticised talkSPORT man Jason Cundy for having ‘0/10 knowledge’ after he spoke following their Champions League victory against Barca.
The Reds pulled off the remarkable as they beat Barcelona 4-0 to advance to the final, but certain sections of the supporters have taken offence to comments Cundy made during the course of his show with Andy Goldstein.
Discussing the 90 minutes with Goldstein on talkSPORT, Cundy blasted the Catalans for being such easy opponents on such a big stage.
Belgian outcast Divock Origi scored twice while substitute Gini Wijnaldum grabbed his own brace to take Liverpool through to the Champions League final, while not even Lionel Messi could find a way to put the ball in Alisson’s net.

Anfield is an intimidating place to play a return leg of football, as Arsene Wenger said before the game, and reading between the lines it appears as if Cundy thinks Barcelona just allowed themselves to roll over and die.
The final will now be between the winner of Ajax vs Tottenham and Liverpool in a clash that nobody saw coming at the start of the season.
Neutrals will want the Amsterdam giants to prevail if they can hold on to their slim one goal advantage over Spurs, but as we’ve all seen that can all disappear in the blink of an eye if teams aren’t switched on and aren’t prepared to fight for every inch of grass.
And as Cundy so forcefully said, Barcelona weren’t prepared to fight and looked empty throughout the clash.
Liverpool also proved that they can win without Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino. One of the criticisms of the squad has been it’s thin nature, but Xherdan Shaqiri also showed his quality by setting up the third goal of the game.
The last game of the Premier League season could be real spicy now. Stayed tuned for more.
