A shattered Mohamed Salah has attracted a crowd as the Liverpool star took a quick cat nap on the floor.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain posted an Instagram story of the Reds’ forward putting his head down during what looks like the flight to Spain, and by the end Salah has attracted some crowd.

Dejan Lovren loves to get in on the Insta banter act, but wasn’t too pleased with being the unwitting star of a small section of Oxlade-Chamberlain’s video.

Lovren and Salah have been a little bit of a duo and the Ox was too quick to remind Degs that there are ‘other people in the team’ while ribbing the defender for ‘not knowing what to do’ without Mo.

Word must have got around the jet because before long there was a small crowd gathered around Salah, who continued to try and catch 40 winks on the floor.

The squad have decamped to Marbella to get some warm weather training under their belt before the Champions League final against Tottenham in Madrid.

Liverpool have taken a bumper 26-man squad to Spain in order to ensure their preparations for the biggest game of the season are as good as they can be.

After missing the final stages of the Premier League season, Roberto Firmino is ready to rock after heading to the continent ahead of the squad and will welcome the boys there.

Firmino is a massive part of the way Jurgen Klopp likes to play his football, and despite Divock Origi doing well as his replacement, with the Brazilian in the side we look so much more threatening.

Naby Keita has also been included in the training squad, while youngsters Curtis Jones, Ben Woodburn and Rhian Brewster will rub shoulders with the first team.
