Liverpool are already eyeing up a transfer deal for Brazilian youngster Reinier that will take place in January 2020.
The Daily Mail has reported that the Reds are interested in the 17-year-old, who won’t be able to move abroad this summer because of his age.
Manchester City, Everton, AC Milan, Borussia Dortmund and Barcelona are all keen on the Flamengo prodigy, who is yet to make a first team appearance.
Reinier turns 18 in December, so fans would have to wait until January 2020 to see him play if any agreement was reached between Liverpool and his representatives.

Scouts will watch the youngster turn out for Brazil U17s as they take on Paraguay on Tuesday and Friday, reported the Mail.
The midfielder has been identified as one of the best starlets in the country, which has led to Liverpool hoping they can conclude a deal similar to the one that saw Watford snap up Joao Pedro from Fluminense.
This news marks a continuing trend of the club’s: buy young, develop within the confines of Melwood and the Academy and avoid paying through the nose for established talent.
Jurgen Klopp has overseen a different strategy this summer as Liverpool have refused to enter the market for multi-million pound deals. They have concluded one deal, and that was for 17-year-old Sepp van den Berg.
Nabil Fekir has gone to Real Betis, while rumoured deals for left-back Junior Firpo and attacker Nicolas Pepe seem to be dead in the water.
In other news, Liverpool have given professional terms to a young midfielder who played a part in 10 goals for the U18s last season.
Leighton Clarkson scored six and assisted four from midfield and has convinced Anfield chiefs to hand him his first ever contract.
The deep lying playmaker has been with the club since he was nine-years-old and looks set to be around the set up for a few more years.
