Keita was named in the starting eleven after returning from injury alongside other first teamer James Milner, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Adam Lallana, Dejan Lovren and Joe Gomez.
The Guinean has struggled to stay fit in 2019 after impressing in the early months of the year before getting injured towards the end of last season.

The midfielder played 61 minutes tonight before being substituted for Pedro Chirivella. Some fans were not impressed by his return:
In reality, it was nothing that terrible. Tried a few things that didn’t come off and struggled to create against the massed ranks of the MK Dons midfield. It will be interesting to see if Naby Keita makes the match day squad for this Saturday’s Premier League matchup with Sheffield United.
