Liverpool news: Mohamed Salah shares Anfield happiness and quashes transfer rumors

Liverpool hero Mohamed Salah has spoken about his happiness at the club, quashing transfer rumors, in the latest video on the official LFC website.

Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah is a happy man. He revealed his contentment at Anfield in the latest official video on the LFC website. That will heap cold water on any lingering transfer rumors of him wanting to move.

The video is one of the ‘Difficult Questions Challenge’ editions from the Kop Kids series that the club release from time-to-time. For this one they got the Liverpool FC Women Under 9 squad to grill the Egyptian.

There are a number of amusing segments but also some touching moments when he speaks about his daughter and his life in Liverpool.

When asked about how does it feel to be living his dreams he responds: “I love to play for Liverpool. It’s something that really, really makes me happy. I’m enjoying the moment. I’m enjoying where I am. I’m enjoying everything that is happening to my life. It’s great.”

That is as an emphatic affirmation of his contentment at the club as you can imagine. It will be a great for fans to hear the level of satisfaction he has working at Anfield.

Earlier in the year there were rumors of trouble in the relationship between Salah and manager Jurgen Klopp, fueling speculation that could lead to a transfer out of the club.

Then a few months ago Salah and teammate Sadio Mane had a visible spat towards the end of the win against Burnley, again igniting more transfer rumors.

However, neither of those incidents seems to have impacted his love for the club and his enjoyment at working at Melwood every day. You can watch the whole video here:

He now has a Champions League winner’s medal to go with his Golden Boot trophies. Now the side are top of the Premier League with an 8 point lead over second and third place. If the club can continue to win trophies, then all of Salah’s dreams can be fulfilled with the Reds.
