Liverpool travel to North London for their fixture against Spurs as Premier League football resumes this weekend. Here is the predicted starting eleven.

Liverpool Football Club will be eager to secure another three points and maintain their dominant position at the top of the table.

Liverpool beat Spurs at Anfield back in October with goals from Jordan Henderson and Mohamed Salah seeing them get the win after falling behind to a Harry Kane goal.

More from Rush The Kop

Jose Mourinho’s side haven’t won any of their last three matches and things look bad for them now that Kane has been sidelined till April. However, they’ll be eager to get back to winning ways and being the first team to beat Liverpool in the Premier League this season could be good for their morale.

Given the current form of Jurgen Klopp’s lads, it might be considered a disappointment if they don’t win this weekend.

Now, let’s take a look at how the Reds could line up and don’t forget to give your say in the comments section.

Alisson

The Brazilian seems in good condition fitness-wise and has produced some fine performances for the Reds lately, keeping five successive clean sheets. Having not played the FA Cup match against Everton, Alisson has had a long break and will be fresh as a daisy to play Spurs.

The 27-year-old will be needed to be at his very best if LFC are to keep the Spurs attackers at bay. With Kane out, Alisson’s task might be a bit less tedious but he is bound to be troubled by the likes of Lucas Moura, Dele Alli and Son Heung-min.

The Brazilian will be eager to keep his sixth consecutive clean sheet and provided he’s at his best, he could well end up doing so.
