Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp was surprised to see owner John Henry after the victory over Manchester United in the Premier League on Sunday.

Anfield was packed on Sunday as Liverpool took apart Manchester United to go sixteen points clear at the top of the Premier League table with a game in hand. However, there were two surprise guests for manager Jurgen Klopp.

In the ‘Inside Anfield’ video released today from the official LFC YouTube channel there is plenty of footage of the celebrations after the victory on the pitch and in the tunnel.

The exhausted players filter in through a sea of hugs, high fives and handshakes as the backroom staff congratulate them on what feels like a title defining victory.

The manager is one of the last to re-enter the building after he has thanked the fans. As he is coming through the tunnel he see Linda Pizzuti – the co-owner of the club and wife of John Henry.

Clearly shocked to see her, he gives a big hug and they speak about the surprise of her being there. Just as he turns to head to the dressing room he says “Send my regards to John!”.

However, he hasn’t spotted that Henry is there as well, just behind him, and ends up giving him a huge hug before the couple tell the manager just how amazed they are at the game and what is happening at the club.

Other highlights of the post game video are seeing Jamie Carragher interview Virgil van Dijk, Andrew Robertson speaking about his relief and watching Ole Gunnar Solskjaer getting lost at Anfield (for the second time that night!).
