Liverpool need to target Ousmane Dembele.
The former Borussia Dortmund star could be looking for a way to leave Barcelona, and Liverpool could be that route.
Jurgen Klopp already has one of the best attacks in Europe upfront but could look to add more options with the addition of Ousmane Dembele to its ranks.
The injury-prone winger, now at Barcelona, has been made available for loan, and the Reds have been a team that has always been interested in Dembele even when he left Dortmund in 2017.
The Frenchman has failed to settle at the Nou Camp since his huge €105 million transfer from Borussia Dortmund in 2017.
Barcelona signed the 23-year-old to fill the void left by Neymar but he’s played 74 times for the club, including just five starts for the La Liga champions this season.
Injuries have taken over his time in Spain and he’s reportedly angered the Barcelona hierarchy with his behaviour.

During the La Liga hiatus caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, Dembele was reportedly the only first-team member of the squad to not report to any virtual meetings during the month of April.
Dembele could be a good addition to the Liverpool squad as his pace and his ability to use both feet would provide Klopp a great option off the bench.
It would also give the team an elite attacking threat to replace either Mohamed Salah or Sadio Mane if they are hurt or need a break.
To have someone of Dembele’s caliber come off the bench or to replace one of the starters could be huge because with the threat of him the front three might not even miss a beat.
Liverpool should look to sign Dembele and it does not have to be permanent as it could be a loan move for a year to see how and if he fits into the system.
Klopp was interested in the player back then and should be interested in bringing him back now.
