Liverpool vs Everton predicted XI: Jurgen Klopp wants to humiliate Blues

Andy Robertson and Trent Alexander-Arnold are always going to be the first choice full-backs. They’re so important to the way Klopp sets this team up, and their attacking skill puts a lot of wingers to shame.
Virgil van Dijk always starts when he’s fit so there’s not a lot of discussion to be had around his inclusion, so there’s only really one place up for grabs.
Joel Matip and Dejan Lovren have both played well in stages of the season and both kept Gomez out of the side at various points this season.
But the England international has started to show his quality as we played the final 10 games before the COVID shutdown and Klopp should give him the chance to continue his stint in the first team.
Everton have got two good forwards with Richarlison and Dominic Calvert-Lewin who are quick and strong. Gomez and van Dijk are the two best placed to deal with the threat, while the Liverpool lads’ ball playing ability is vital to the side.
