This Liverpool target is a huge admirer of the club.
While Liverpool’s transfer activity was hardly extensive over the summer. That might change in the upcoming transfer windows. Some of Jurgen Klopp’s current players are nearing their thirties which means the German will soon need to inject some fresh young players into the squad to keep the team rejuvenated.
Red Bull’s and the Reds’ relationship has been well documented. Red Bull’s clubs like RB Leipzig and Salzburg both deploy similar pressing tactics to Klopp’s Liverpool. It is why the Reds’ current squad currently has three former Red Bull players in Naby Keita, Sadio Mane and Takumi Minamino.
This summer the Reds almost added a fourth but they ultimately pulled out of a move for Timo Werner.

Nonetheless the Reds continue to be linked with Red Bull players. From recent reports linking Dayot Upamecano with a move to Anfield and Patson Daka, whose huge love for Liverpool was revealed in an exclusive report by First Time Finish last month.
But it seems another name from Red Bull is also eyeing a move to Liverpool.
LFC Transfer Room previously brought a quote about Dominik Szoboszlai speaking of his Anfield experience.
And the Hungarian has added more flames to the rumours in a recent interview with M4 Sport where he claimed he achieved a ‘dream’ when he played at Anfield last season,
In the same interview Dominik Szoboszlai called Jurgen Klopp’s team one of ‘the best in the world.’
The Hungarian, who is in superb form since the end of lockdown, is regarded as one of the best talents in the world at the moment.
Superb athletically, with a relentless stamina, Szoboszlai is also adept technically. His vision and shooting range are two of his best assets and he has already scored a plethora of impressive strikes in his fledgling career. Including this stunning free-kick goal against Turkey:
Absolutely insane goal from Dominik Szoboszlai tonight. What a beauty. https://t.co/I0e81SnV5Q

There is no doubt Dominik Szoboszlai would fit seamlessly into Liverpool’s system. The midfielder has 3 goals and 3 assists in 6 games this season. Meanwhile he finished last season’s campaign with 12 goals and 18 assists in 40 games. Since the return of football in Austria, Szoboszlai has averaged a goal contribution every 90 minutes.
Those numbers will not go unnoticed for long and with the Hungarian midfielder clearly a major admirer of Jurgen Klopp’s Reds, there is absolutely no reason why the club should not make a move for the 19 year old.
With James Milner potentially leaving the club next summer, Wijnaldum’s contract expiring, the addition of Szoboszlai could definitely fill the gaps in Klopp’s squad.
Do you think Liverpool should make a move for Dominik Szoboszlai?
