Liverpool could pay incredible fee to sign Ozan Kabak

Liverpool could pay a shock sum.
There are murmurs. Faint whispers around Liverpool. They purport a new arrival on his way to Merseyside. They whisper of a new name. A new star to take on the mantle from Virgil Van Dijk. His name is Ozan Kabak and the Turkish international looks likely to move to Anfield in the January transfer window.
The Reds were interested in Kabak’s services during the summer transfer window however in the end a deal never materialised. But perhaps the injury of Van Dijk and with the Dutchman having been ruled out of for the rest of the season the club will be more pressed to make a move for the 20 year old.
Ozan Kabak has been the bright spark of Schalke last season and he is regarded as one of the best talents in the Bundesliga.

Having arrived from VFB Stuttgart, the Turkish international quickly established himself into the starting eleven and spearheaded the Schalke defence.
Despite his tender age, Ozan Kabak is already a leader at the German outfit and that will make him enticing to Jurgen Klopp.
His height and playing style is probably more similar to Joe Gomez but with plenty of time to improve Ozan Kabak could become an even better defender than the current Liverpool star.
In Van Dijk’s absence the pair could form a formidable duo at the heart of the Reds’ defence and Kabak will be an astute option to have even when Van Dijk returns.
Liverpool fans will be glad to hear the club could be signing Ozan Kabak for an incredible low sum despite his high potential.
According to Patrick Berger a journalist with German outlet Sport1, the club could be signing Ozan Kabak for just £20m.

That would be a huge bargain considering, Ozan Kabak’s age and just how highly regarded he is.
It looks like Michael Edwards has struck gold again. And while Kabak might not be the big name player the fans wanted like Upamecano, he could be a better addition in the future. In the future the fans could be talking about Kabak as the bargain of the century.
