The Liverpool boss could sign this superstar.

Last summer Jurgen Klopp was determined to find an adequate back-up for his front three at Liverpool. In Diogo Jota the German might have found the perfect addition to the Reds’ squad.

Jota is in the same mould as Mohamed Salah and could replace the Egyptian superstar in the future.

But on the other flank, the German still doesn’t have an adequate back-up for Sadio Mane. Klopp needs someone of the same ilk as the Senegalese winger. Someone who dribbles at opponents directly and who has the pace to stretch out defenders and cause havoc.

Someone who is also capable up notching up assists and goals in the process. And someone who could adequately replace Mane in the future.

In Leon Bailey, Jurgen Klopp could have found exactly just that.

According to a report by Sky Sports in the summer, the Reds are among a number of clubs ‘scouting’ Leon Bailey, meaning that there is genuine interest from Klopp in the Jamaican winger.

And perhaps next summer that interest could turn into a genuine move.

Leon Bailey has started this season on superb form.

In six stars, Bailey has found the back of the net twice and registered four assists. He has been the star player in a Bayer Leverkusen side which were depleted from losing some of their best players in the summer.

Leon Bailey who was under scrutiny during some parts of the season has fired back at the critics.

He has been reminiscent of Sadio Mane, marauding down the flanks for Bayer Leverkusen and terrorizing opposition defenders.

The Jamaican winger possess a deft shot, he is capable of shooting from long-distance and has scored a plethora of impressive strikers in his career. In addition to his pace, Leon Bailey also has flair to beat his opponents.

His skills were honed by his adoptive father, Craig Butler, and the pair’s incredible journey from Jamaica to Europe can be found on First Time Finish.

Speaking to First Time Finish, Craig Butler stated how he believes Leon Bailey could become ‘one of the best’ player in the world.

At just 23 years of age, the Reds would be signing the Jamaican at the prime time in his development and under Jurgen Klopp’s guidance there is no doubt that Craig Butler’s prophecy could be fulfilled.

Do you think Leon Bailey could be a good signing for Liverpool?
