Wijnaldum looks certain to leave Liverpool.
With every passing second Georginio Wijnaldum‘s departure from Liverpool looks more and more inevitable. The Dutchman’s contract talks have stalled with the club and with rumours of Wijnaldum already eyeing up his next potential destination it is clear the two parties are unlikely to come to a resolution.
Wijnaldum’s contributions at Anfield will be indelible. From scoring one of the most crucial goals under Klopp’s era to help qualify the Reds for the Champions League to that famous Anfield night against Barcelona.
The man for the big occasion, Wijnaldum’s versatility and technicality has been a key cog in Jurgen Klopp’s side.

The Dutchman will be missed, but with Wijnaldum nearing 30 years of age, the Reds will probably see him to at the tail end of his career having already passed his prime.
Perhaps a fresh addition to rejuvenate the team will be beneficial for Jurgen Klopp.
And it seems like the Reds are already working on recruiting a player with the ability to do exactly just that.
According to a report by the Daily Mirror, the Reds are considering making a move for Ryan Gravenberch and are closely ‘monitoring’ the Ajax midfielder’s progress.
Ryan Gravenberch is currently excelling in the same group as Liverpool in the Champions League and has produced some stellar performance in the group stages so far.
Having scored his first Champions League goal on Wednesday night, he will be one to watch when the Reds welcome Ajax to Anfield in a crunch match.
An agile and pacey midfielder who can weave his way through defenders but also has a deft shot, Ryan Gravenberch is still just 18 years of age.
At 1.90 metres tall he would be able to add height to the Reds midfield which the club often lacks. Having made his debut as a 16 year old Gravenberch is regarded as one of Ajax’s finest young products in recent recent years.
Some have tipped him to become one of the best, which is a lofty ambition considering the Ajax academy’s esteemed list of graduates.
Ryan Gravenberch likes to play in the central-midfield role and his box to box ability is what would make him an ideal replacement for Wijnaldum. At such a young age Klopp could secure the future of the Reds’ midfield if he decides to pounce on the Ajax teenager.
Would you be happy with the arrival of Ryan Gravenberch?
