Liverpool lineup vs Leicester: 4-3-3 again – Kabak debut, Jones snubbed
RB – Trent Alexander-Arnold
The England international did not have a very good outing against Man City and was to blame for the first goal they scored. However, he’ll be looking to put in a much-improved performance against Leicester this weekend and grab an assist or two.

CB – Ozan Kabak
Liverpool’s new signing could well make his debut against Leicester this weekend. Out of him and Ben Davies, there’s little doubt that Kabak will receive more starting opportunities during the season. The Turkish international will definitely have a tough task of preventing the likes of Jamie Vardy, Harvey Barnes and James Maddison from being much of an attacking threat. However, it won’t be surprising if Klopp continues with Jordan Henderson at centre-back.
CB – Fabinho
The Brazilian had a disappointing match against City, giving away a penalty which was not converted eventually. However, that should not take away how good he has been as a makeshift centre-back.
Fabinho will be starting against Leicester and will be eager to put in a solid display in the heart of the defense.
LB – Andy Robertson
One of Liverpool’s most consistent players this season, the Scottish international will have to be at his very best if his team are to claim all three points this weekend. Robertson will be expected to make life difficult for the Leicester attackers and defenders.
Kostas Tsimikas doesn’t appear to be close to starting a Premier League game, which is a massive shame, but here we are.
