Liverpool forward makes huge Premier League claim
By Bence Bocsak
At Liverpool Sadio Mane has been like a god or a prophet to the club’s most devout followers. The Senegalese winger has set Anfield alight with his burning passion and scintillating footballing ability.
In recent weeks, like every other player in the Reds’ line-up his form has dipped. And among other factors the Reds over reliance on Sadio Mane’s counterpart Mohamed Salah has led to a big disparity in front of goal compared to the season prior.
Liverpool need to save their season.

It means the Reds’ top four ambitions are looking slimmer and slimmer by the day. However Sadio Mane has come out with a rallying statement to declare the Reds will try to rectify their season.
Speaking to ESPN Brazil via Goal Sadio Mane said the following.
It is a bold statement from the Senegalese. Especially considering the Reds have not even qualified to the quarter final yet and they have it all to play for against Leipzig in the second game despite a healthy 2-0 advantage.
But based on the Reds’ current form you would struggle to believe they have what it takes to march to the finals of the competition.
Top four should be the number one priority for Jurgen Klopp and his side and even that is looking like a bleak prospect.
One thing which is promising is that the fiery passion and the intent is still there within the players to put things right. Sadio Mane’s rallying cry will hopefully inspire the players to go on and salvage what can be salvaged from this season.
