The Blades will smell blood in the water against Liverpool
No matter how you slice it this is football under a pandemic and this is where Liverpool are, we must be better. This is what Jurgen Klopp has said and he is correct, a few adjustments here and there, some finishing of chances, and winning the midfield is gonna be key as usual.
So the Reds and the gaffer and fans will be looking to end that two-month downward spiral away at Bramall Lane which should see Ozan Koback paired with Nat Philips in the centre back spot. Gini Wijnaldum with Thiago and either Diogo Jota or Curtis Jones will make up the midfield engine room.

This along with Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah will provide the forward thrust. Chris Wilder will be looking to attack this match with Sheffield style and flair covering defensively when required but bringing forth with a full-throated frontal assault in the game.
Sheffield United will be smelling blood in the water here, and should be ready to lay on their licks on these wounded champions, in their run of the gauntlet this year thus far.
They have won none of the last six matches between the two sides, but this campaign is unlike one we’ve ever seen before and the Reds can’t go into this match with any delusions of grandeur.
Jurgen Klopp will be aware of all of this and will be putting one foot forward and pushing his lads to play good solid football with style the Liverpool way.
Sheffield United have struggled for goals all season, with veteran sticker David McGoldrick their top scorer. He has five. Rhian Brewster, who we wrote all those words about, has no goals to his name and has played under 1,000 minutes. It turns out things didn’t go wrong just for Liverpool.
