Jurgen Klopp needs to make sure that he starts playing players in their correct positions to ensure that they play to the best of their abilities. This goes mainly for Fabinho who has been known to pull the strings in defensive midfield.
We should see Kabak, who trained yesterday line-up alongside Nathaniel Phillips who has been rock solid whenever called upon. This will allow Fabinho to play in his preferred position. That will also give Liverpool fans the chance to potentially see Thiago getting unlocked. We’ve all witnessed what he did against Chelsea early on in the season.
In addition to that, with Firmino likely to miss the game through injury, we could see a front three of Salah, Mane and Jota. Salah is expected to line-up up-top with Mane on the right and Jota on the left. We’ve seen how devastating that setup can be.

As for the midfield, we will need the legs and industry of Gini Wijnaldum. He will be the ball chaser that will look to unsettle any sort of rhythm that Leipzig are hoping to get in midfield.
Liverpool need a big win.
Based on my understanding, this is the line-up that Klopp should put up in its place. A familiar 4-3-3 line-up is what we can expect. (Even though I would love for us to switch to a 4-2-3-1. But Klopp isn’t going to read my article or my mind!)
Alisson; Trent-Kabak-Phillips-Robterson; Gini-Fabinho-Thiago; Mane-Salah-Jota
This set-up gives us enough cover in both main areas, at the top and at the back. With a two-goal lead we should be able to back this game if we score first. However, given the recent history, the game is over when the final whistle is blown.
Prediction: 2-0 win for Liverpool again. 4-0 on aggregate!
Scoring Prediction: Thiago to score his first goal and Salah to continue his spree
What do you think is going to be the score?
