From Giorgi Mamardashvili to Stefan Bajcetic and Ben Doak, many Liverpool players have been sent out this campaign.
Some will have aspirations of moving to a different club this summer, and others will have hopes of staking their claim in the Liverpool team, ahead of what is likely to be a period of turnover within the club.
Here are Liverpool’s best loanees and how they are performing.
Stefan Bajcetic (UD Las Palmas)
After sustaining a couple of serious injuries in the past two seasons, Stefan Bajcetic has never been quite the same player.
He was shown to be a rising star of Jurgen Klopp’s last couple of years as Liverpool manager, impressing with his tackling and passing skills, as well as his maturity in defensive midfield.
Bajcetic would also have been frustrated by his start to this campaign, owing to a frustrating first half of the season at RB Salzburg under Pep Lijnders.

The 20-year-old has been out on loan at Spanish side UD Las Palmas since early February and has been a regular fixture in the lineup, in defensive midfield and at centre-back.
He scored his only goal for Las Palmas in a 3-1 defeat to RCD Mallorca.
Across the last 365 days, Bajcetic is in the 99th percentile among his peers for blocks, but his passing statistics are languishing behind.
Bajcetic has not really set the world alight this season in the way that he would have hoped, it is looking increasingly likely that his future may lie away from Anfield.
Ben Doak (Middlesbrough)
The Scottish winger has had a good time on Teeside, but a recent thigh injury has halted him in his tracks.
Doak has earnt ten goal involvements in 24 Championship games at Middlesbrough.
The 20-year-old got more assists than he did in the scoring column, but has been a thorn in the side of many Championship teams this campaign, getting two assists each in games against Luton Town and Hull City.
He has performed well in his dribbling statistics this year, in the 99th percentile for progressive carries.

Doak has become a regular fixture in the Scotland team too, providing an assist for John McGinn in their 2-1 win over Poland in November.
With Liverpool likely to invest in their forward line over the summer, Doak may struggle to get another chance in the Liverpool team.
But with many pieces left to fall, he might just find himself with the right opportunity at the right time.
Giorgi Mamardashvili (Valencia)
One of only two Liverpool signings last summer, Mamardashvili has had a few Reds supporters keeping an eye on him this season.
Mamardshvili has said that he is going to Liverpool to fight for the number one spot next season, after his loan back to Valencia ends.
He has been Valencia’s first-choice goalkeeper, as expected, and has kept six clean sheets in La Liga this season.

The Georgian suffered with a leg injury in the middle part of the season.
In one of the most important statistics for goalkeepers, Post shot xG minus Goals Against, Giorgi Marmardashvili scores -0.06, among the bottom half of his peers. The statistics do back up though that he has faced more difficult shots than some of his peers.
Mamardashvili at 24, has plenty of time to grow in the game, and after Liverpool reportedly spent €35 million on him, they will certainly be hoping that he does.
