Liverpool are flying at the top of the Premier League and everyone wants to play for Jurgen Klopp but Ryan Sessegnon speaks about rejecting an Anfield move.
Liverpool have been very successful in the transfer market over the last 18 months. A host of top targets have been brought to the club such as Mohamed Salah, Virgil van Dijk, Alisson Becker and Naby Keita. However there is one player who turned down an opportunity to come to Anfield and he is speaking about his future.
Ryan Sessegnon has long been of interest to Jurgen Klopp and Liverpool were a chief pursuer of the wonderkid over the last few transfer windows. Yet the 18-year-old winger has decided to stay at Fulham. At least for now.

Speaking to the Mirror he said about this summer: “I was always going to stay [at Craven Cottage]. I was always focused on staying and playing for Fulham.”.
He is a local lad to the central London club and at such a young age has not been tempted to try to break into a “top six” starting lineup. Instead he wants to continue his development under Slaviša Jokanović at Fulham.
He has had a mixed start to his debut Premier League season. He started the first two games on the wing where he was devastating in the Championship last year. However Fulham struggled to put points on the board and he was relegated to the bench. In the last two games he has come in as left back; the position where he first broke into the Fulham side as a 16-year-old.
Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur have both been rivaling Liverpool to sign Ryan Sessegnon but it is believed he would prefer a move to Anfield if he was ever to move to another Premier League club.
