Liverpool fans are celebrating four players being named in the PFA Team-of-the-Year but there is one huge snub which is baffling the Kopites.
It’s that time of year when we can all complain about who does or doesn’t win the end-of-season awards. Liverpool have four players in the 2018/19 PFA Team-of-the-Year, however there is a more Red who really should be there; Alisson Becker.
The four Reds who make the team are: Virgil van Dijk, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Andrew Robertson and Sadio Mane.

Van Dijk is reportedly set to win PFA Player-of-the-Year on Sunday and with Robertston was a shoe-in for this team; the pair being the consensus players in their position in the league.
It is great to see Mane in the team above Eden Hazard and we are delighted to see Alexander-Arnold included; a fantastic reward for his development under Jurgen Klopp.
I would make the case for Mohamed Salah over Raheem Sterling but the former-Red has been excellent and there is no shame for the Egyptian missing out to the Englishman.
There are only two goalkeepers who could be considered this year after Hugo Lloris and David de Gea both have had awful seasons. Brazilian pair Ederson and Alisson have been inseparable but the Liverpool man has the edge in every statistic making his snub frustrating for fans.

More saves and clean sheets. Fewer goals conceded and better rates of saves. There is no reason not to include Alisson in the PFA team.
The inclusion of Paul Pogba is insane. Gini Wijnaldum and Jordan Henderson have been better than the overrated World Cup winner.
The full team is: Ederson; Alexander-Arnold, van Dijk, Laporte, Robertson; Pogba, Fernandinho, Bernardo Silva; Mane, Aguero, Sterling.
