Liverpool: Sky Sports transfer segment highlights Mbappe to Anfield
By David Gate
Liverpool are being linked to Kylian Mbappe again as Sky Sports mention the Frenchman’s potential move to Anfield on a transfer segment.
Tomorrow is transfer deadline day and Liverpool are expected to be very quiet. However, Sporting Director, Michael Edwards will be still be working on the summer plans that Sky Sports believe may include Kylian Mbappe.
The French World Cup winner is the hottest transfer property and currently the most highly valued player in the world. His combination of talent, performance and age – still only 21-years-old – will surely make him the most expensive player of all time if he leaves PSG this summer as expected.

Last week it was confirmed that not only is Mbappe keen to leave the French capital this summer but he would be “interested” in a move to Anfield.
It makes a ton of sense that the most in demand player in the world should be warm to a move to the best team in the world. And there is currently no doubt that the reigning European Champions, World Champions and runaway Premier League leaders are the best team on the planet.
During a segment on Sky Sports today they discussed the potential move and talked about how few players could improve this Liverpool side but, undoubtedly Kylian Mbappe is one who could do just that.
It says a lot that while actual transfers happening the TV channel still finds time to discuss theoretical LFC moves. We’re massive.
